Medical and Insurance Benefits

For more than 30 years, Shamrock has offered fully-paid healthcare, dental and vision premiums for employees and eligible dependents. These benefits are available to new employees starting on their first day of employment. Shamrock also offers fully-paid life, AD&D and long-term disability insurance coverage.

401(k) and ESOP Retirement Plans

At Shamrock, we want employees to think and act like a company owner. We support that philosophy by offering generous 401(k) contributions and a company-funded Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Full-time Shamrock employees become eligible to participate in the ESOP after one full year.

Work Life Balance Program

The Work Life Balance program at Shamrock provides competitive PTO and paid leave options. All full-time employees start with a healthy balance of PTO hours and floating holidays, which then increases with years of service.

Wellness Program

Shamrock offers several resources to encourage healthy living, including an onsite gym at the Overland Park office and a trail around the lake.
